Training a priority


AQAA's Vision for Training 

The Association of Quebec Advertising Agencies invests in training to increase the knowledge and specialized competences of  industry professionals.  This is needed to   allow them to develop an increasingly more creative and strategic product in order to remain competitive on the international scene.

Initiatives of the AQAA

Since 2000, driven by the combined impetus of the industry, the AQAA and the academic world, several training projects have been created and others are in process:

    • Creation and promotion, in collaboration with HEC Montreal, of a Diploma of Higher Studies specialized in communication marketing in 2000. More than 100 students are already enrolled in the program.
    • Creation and implementation of a baccalaureat in communication marketing in  collaboration with the University of Quebec at Montreal.  The program should be ready to accept students in autumn 2007.
    • Creation and implementation of a Diploma of Higher Studies specializing  in Creative, in collaboration with the University of Quebec at Montreal.
